How Turny Evo Works

The Turny Evo is BraunAbility's flagship transfer seat. It replaces the factory passenger or driver seat with a powered seat that rotates toward the door, extends outward, and lowers to a height that aligns with a wheelchair. The user transfers at a comfortable, level height, then the seat raises back into the vehicle and rotates forward to the standard seating position.

Operation is fully powered via a single button — no manual lifting, twisting, or struggling. The Turny Evo works with both driver and passenger positions and fits a wide range of vehicles including minivans, SUVs, and sedans.

It integrates with the existing seatbelt system and does not affect the vehicle's structural integrity or crash safety ratings.

Ideal For: People who can move from a wheelchair to a vehicle seat but find the height, distance, or rotation of a standard seat difficult. Common for aging individuals with limited leg strength, people recovering from hip or knee surgery, and anyone who wants to ride in a standard vehicle seat rather than remaining in their wheelchair during travel.
